Register by paper
It is possible to register by paper if you do not have an email address which you can use to register online.
If you wish to register by paper, you can download the registration form attached and send it back to the Funeral Sector Registration and Inspection Team.
Alternatively you can request a paper copy of the form from the Funeral Sector Registration and Inspection Team.
